Terms of service

The full terms are undergoing legal review before sales open. Until then, the rules below apply.

Three things we will not do

  • We will not hide a failure

    Stale data or a silent source is flagged next to the price it affects, instead of guessed.

  • We will not go below your floor

    No automatic “the closer the date, the cheaper” discounts; when a cut makes no sense, we warn you.

  • We will not hand you a price without a reason

    Each one comes with its factors, their size and a confidence level, and when something is missing, we say what.

What applies in the meantime

  • Price recommendations are suggestionsthe pricing decision and its consequences belong to the host.
  • We do not take over bookings, guest service or settlements with booking platforms.
  • Pilot programme participants operate under the individual arrangements agreed when they joined.
  • Cancelling a subscription takes effect at the end of the paid perioduntil that day the product works unchanged. We do not automatically refund a period already under way; where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, we honour it as the law requires.
  • We treat sole traders as consumerswithout testing whether the contract has a “professional character”, even though the law would let us.
  • Annual plans are refunded pro ratawe return full unused months, calculated at the monthly rate.
  • Your data serves only youMarket comparisons built from customer data only with separate consent you can withdraw, never by a line in these terms.
