What counts as a unit
A unit is one calendar and one base price: everything you price separately.

Every extra unit costs you less
There is one account fee, and the per-unit rate drops in the larger plan. It starts exactly where it becomes cheaper.

Why is there an account fee in the Team plan?
Roles and account management cost us the same with three properties as with twenty, so we charge them once per account and the per-property price can fall.
Terms, no asterisks
- The first month is free on both plans. We do not ask for card details.
- We take no commission from your revenue or bookings.
- Cancel whenever you like: no notice period.
Net prices. VAT invoice for every billing period.
